  Correctly diagnosed our Lennox furace issue over the phone after two failed repair visits by another firm and corrected the problem quickly and promptly. Would definitely recommend R&W over any other Lennox "Premier" service firms in Rock County.

  Had not had to call on R&W for at least 10 years , they are still very awesome , the tech went above and beyond his duties, it's great to see that there's still great people working for a great company
