Called them from friend referral. Hovland sent a young guy limited knowledge to fix the furnace. He spent 5 hours diagnosing the problem. He made several calls to associates/friends to get an answer to the problem to no avail. Called boss, he arrived another 2 hours no diagnoses. Left me with 2 small electric heaters (they went home to family and their warm houses). Next morning Im frozen and angry. It's evident they dont know Lennox Furnaces! Called R&W Heating in Milton, WI. They sent Joe. He diagnosed problem in 4 minutes. Fixed it in 40. Said Hovland shorted out my thermostat and made more damage because of inexperience with Lennox Furnace. R&W heating did marvelous, professional job. My furnace is NOW well maintained. I WOULD NOT CALL HOVLAND HEATING FOR ANY FURNACE ISSUE.
