Richard put in my neighbors system in Kill Devil Hills and they were more than pleased. I called on a hot summer afternoon and Richard called me back within 10 minutes and came out the same day for an estimate. We signed a contract verbally 1 day later and the job was completed less than a week after. Very courteous, professional and knowledgable! Would highly recommend this "local" professional over any big name any day.
