  R&R installed a humidifier for us two years ago. Since then we have used them for annual maintenance. Exceptional service. Kelly is knowledgeable and takes the time to educate. Highly recommend.

  Warning avoid, engineers don't know how to design systems. Manual J was calculated wrong, per house not per room also based on incorrect numbers (lazy) Fresh air intakes without dampeners causing condensation build up on ductwork! Installed blower is grinding already. Thermostat installed in wrong places, these people don't seem to understand heat rises - crazy. And as per usual instead of spending the extra $100 for multistage compressors install the cheapest rubbish on the market Also condensation lines not fully insulated, so looking forward to damp in my ceiling when summer rolls around.

  Hello. I do not show your name in our database or show any records that you called us. Did we provide a Manual JDS service for you? Our Manual JDS services are done based on room by room not by whole house using Wrightsoft Software that has to be approved by the city and county building departments prior to receiving a permit and proceeding forward with construction. The numbers used to complete the Manual JDS are provided by the city and county building department.   We came home after a long weekend to find our first floor furnace not functioning. Completely dead. We called R & R as we had used them in the past. Wade was very professional and polite...and was able to diagnose and fix an uncommon issue within 30 minutes. Explaining everything along the way. Needless to say I know more now about furnaces than I've ever known. I trust R & R and appreciate the quality of their work. We will always call them when we have an issue. Thanks very everything Wade you guys are awesome!
