In the last year I've had to have work done on a pretty old heating/cooling system.  First the heat went out in December and then the cooling went out during this heat wave.  Well, both times they came out quickly, figured out the problem thoroughly and fixed them efficiently.  Their prices are more than fair for the outstanding work they do.  They were referred to me by Maxwell Keyser Plumbing & Heating here in Beckley and both those companies have my complete trust.

The folks at R&R Comfort Systems have been taking care of my heating and cooling system since 2015 and I wouldn’t dare call someone else. They are extremely knowledgeable and care about the quality of work that they do. Their prices are fair and they stand behind their work. Take my word for it - if you want a quality system that is installed professionally at a reasonable price call R&R!

Never trust a company that can’t tell you what they’re service charge is before they actually work on your heat pump. Charged me $250 to replace the fan motor that was still under warranty. Thought it was a mistake since it only took one tech an hour to replace it. I called and left a message for the owner who never called me back. Instead they came back out a couple days later and took the part back with them and left my fan outside the unit. Very poor customer service. Company tries they’re best to rip you off. Will never get my business again, and since I bought a York and already replaced compressor and fan motor in the first 5 years, I’m sure I’ll be getting more service to it in the future.

For our trouble prone HVAC system a broken compressor was the last straw. It was time to invest in a new system. We asked around, checked web sites, and read reviews. Three estimates were scheduled. R&R Comfort  stood out because of their knowledge and passion for this work. We had them install a York complete whole house system.  Afterwards I called with a couple of questions about the install and in less than two hours technicians came out and addressed our concerns.  Attention to detail, a proven product, and the best warranty made R&R Comfort Systems the right choice for us  and  I recommend them to you, Jeff Sanders.
