Excellent! I woke up to no heat, called Elite and they showed up in less than 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and had my heat running within an hour. Very nice and knowledgeable technicians! Recommend 100%!! Thanks guys for keeping my house warm!!

A great and much appreciated service in cold snowy weather!  RJ Smith (Roger Dale) answered the call and arrived 10 minutes later and brought the unit and worked all day long the very next day (miraculous in itself)!  He was so polite and courteous, such a professional, hardworking, diligent young man. We highly recommend Elite Refrigeration and Air Conditioning! We definitely give him a five star rating! I received wonderful service, the technician remained professional, and gave detailed descriptions regarding the occurring issues. I couldn’t be more please with the services I received throughout this experience. I would recommend Elite to anyone who is having issues with their heating or cooling systems.

The guys at Elite took care of me like family. Went above and beyond to get parts here quicker than expected. RJ came out and installed them and I haven’t had air this good in my entire life. Very fine young man with excellent manners. I highly highly highly recommend elite for all of your HVAC needs.

We have been treated very rudely by the office in Crab Orchard. Paid hundreds of dollars for very poor quality work and they did not uphold their promise of a 30 day service guarantee and have ignored all of our requests for them to return to do so after promising they would. DO NOT trust their work or their word. TERRIBLE.....UPDATE: For some reason I cannot respond to the owner's very lengthy response that is a lie, lie, lie......we were NEVER called back and offered any help!!! I CALLED them many times and asked them to be ethical and honor their 30 day warranty that's on the receipt...I just wanted the man to come and check his work and he would not...on his response he said he offered to come back out for a fee smh....he NEVER offered and their shouldn't have been fee because we were in the 30 day time frame...I'm not dumb enough to pay you twice for terrible service. Obviously some of these reviews have NEVER really dealt with this company.

Mary, I’m sorry that you feel that we didn’t meet your expectations.  Let me explain how this went, you called for service and the rates were explained to you on the phone.  I showed up personally and completed this job.  The mini split was installed by your husband and family, and had compression fittings on the copper line set and leaks throughout.  You cannot put compression fittings on refrigerant lines.  I cut the compression fitting out and used copper fittings and torches to repair, and repaired a leak at the indoor unit.  I pressurized the system to 250psi and it held for 45 mins, with no leaks.  I charged the system.  Your bill was around $500 with labor, torch use, nitrogen and refrigerant.  Now, the system isn’t working and you’re ASSUMING that it has to do with what we’ve done, which I can assure you it isn’t.  Your husband mentioned that he was gonna conceal the line set better and re-work the wiring that he installed, which was laying on the ground around the house.  With him messing with it, and the fact that we didn’t install the system, we don’t warranty the unit.  We didn’t sell it to you or install it.  My office explained that there would be a charge to come back out, as any company would do.  Then you complained that we told you it was $25/hr. To come out snd over charged you.  This was never said.  Your husband called in and tried to say the same thing but his price was $45/hr., so you might want to get your stories straight.  We performed service for you, period.  Again, I’m sorry you feel the need to leave a bad review, but we did everything that we were supposed to!

We had 3 estimates to replace heat pumps.  Elite was the cheapest.  They also were the only company to give 3 years labor warranty.  They brought multiple crews in to get both our heat pumps installed in one day.  They were extremely nice, helpful, quick and cleaned up everything before leaving!  We highly recommend them!!

I dealt with Mike at Elite and he was very friendly and easy to work with. They are very affordable compared to quotes from other companies and were on site within 3 business days from the time they ordered the materials needed for my job!  They also installed a system in my parent's house that had no HVAC previously. I would highly recommend them for new installs, upgrades, or retrofits!

A technician from Elite came to my house to inspect my broken heat pump on a Thursday. We heard him call his office and tell someone there what part to order. I was told it would be about $600 and would arrive on Monday. I called on Tuesday and was told that technician no longer worked there and that he didn’t order the part. Then I was told the part I needed was $800 and I needed another part for $100. Also, I was charged 1 hour of labor (over $90) for the technician to pick up my part in Princeton. I would have gladly driven to Princeton to pick it up or paid for overnight shipping ($40). I don’t believe this company is honest or ethical.

The technician was very personable, pleasant,  friendly and knew his stuff.   Would recommend Elite to anyone have HVAC problems

Excellent company! I was having HVAC issues last Spring and was needing quick reliable service that was price efficient! I researched Heating and Cooling Companies in the area and Elite Heating & Refrigeration came up. I gave them a call and they sent a service man to my house that arrived within 30 minutes. He was very polite and got straight to work on the problem at hand and was finished within the hour! As he was finishing up the owner popped in and introduced himself and said “Thank you for trusting in Elite to get your issue fixed. We’re only a phone call away and will always provide prompt, excellent service!” He shook my hand and they took off to the next job.

Excellent company! For any heating & cooling issues you may have, I highly recommend Elite!!!
