  Tech arrived about 20 minutes past the 2-hr window. Was friendly enough and did a fair job of explaining what he was going to do. After inspecting the system he said everything checked out fine except that the A/C drain line should be cleaned. Offering to “blow “ it out, charged me $118. I had the impression that this was part of the maintenance package I had purchased so was surprised by the added fee and moreover, felt that was pretty expensive for this very simple service. Overall, I think he did a thorough job and was professional in his demeanor.

  Sonya is absolutely incredible and professional. She knows the products, so efficient and truly cares about customers! So helpful and eager to help people . Shelby has been the best! Works so hard and extremely talented ! We appreciate all of his help and hard work to keep our family healthy and house safe !

  Shelby was my technician...He was very quick on arriving on time( I called at 8AM he was here at 830Am same day) and had my AC up and running cool again in no time. Shelby also had great customer service. He explained everything to me and helped me to make the right choices for my Ac Unit at this time...I'm well pleased with everything this far...🙂
