  Highly recommend. Norman provided the type of service we grew up with. He was dependable, efficient and friendly. He came by to check our electric range the same day that we called. He diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, then let us know the stove could be repaired with a couple of replacement parts that he could order and have within a couple of days. He showed me the frayed, burned wires that caused the problem. He declined my attempt to write a check, saying we would take care of payment when the work was done. Two days later, he called and said the parts had been delivered. He came to our house and fixed the stove in 30 or 45 minutes. His charge was less than I expected, and less than I was willing to pay. We would hire him again, and we'd recommend Bush's to friends.

  Used Bush’s once and the older guy was super nice. Got my Kenmore dryer working right away. HOWEVER, called two other times and what sounded like a younger man did not want to be bothered with my business. No, we don’t “do that kind of work on your washer or refrigerator”. Buddy’s sure does so I won’t ever call Bush’s again! Run, don’t walk, away to someone who wants your business...Buddy’s is the best.

  I own several rental properties and luckily stumbled upon Norman Bush through Craigslist. For the past 10 years, he has consistently provided me with excellent service, very fair pricing and extreme reliability. He has repaired many washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, stoves and other similar appliances and he is the first person I call when looking to purchase a quality used replacement appliance. One of his best qualities is the ability to honestly tell me when I have an issue that is not an area of his expertise and always refers me to someone in that area of speciality that has proven to be equally reliable and fair in pricing. I would adamantly disagree with the previous review based on years of personal experience. I would also point out that any time an authorized service tech is called in from your warranty policy, you are at the mercy of the company with whom you've purchased the warranty. Call Norman directly and he will certainly tell you if he is an authorized service tech with your appliance and warranty company and will schedule service accordingly.
