Good Day Kielty was recommended to us by our nephew who is in the construction and contracting business We occasionally need a plumber technician for the normal eventualities So rather than simply choosing a service we did a little research and followed our nephew's recommendation Kielty was professional from the initial phone call for service through the repair that followed. Our information was taken and confirmed. An appointment arranged and kept on time in the agreed time frame window. A text was sent in advance with a pic of the service technician and that the company screens its staff Michael arrived examined the issue and informed us of the problem and suggested how repairing it would need to be handled. He went about his work neatly cutting tile finding the leak and inserting a replacement unit that covered the cut out tile area. Everything worked fine. He estimated the entire job would take 3-4 hours. Checked with his dispatch so the job could be completed same day without having to return another day. They cleared his other scheduled calls that afternoon so he could focus on our problem. Michael was prompt, informative, pleasant and experienced. Great customer service and fine people ! We anticipated this problem would be potentially expensive Although it was the job as required and time merited the charges we were pleased to have the problem resolved and pay for a genuine level of quality service received. We have a new home and the warranty is with RJ Kielty. I had a technician come out for a leak under the sink and when he was done I asked him to check and make sure it was under warranty. He said not to worry about it and left. Unfortunately he did not fix the problem and another technician had to come out and fix the leak. I told him about my previous conversation and to have him check the warranty, he also told me not to worry about it never gave me any details of what was done. I have now received a bill and an agreement signed by customer for the work which they forged my signature on. I had used them a few months prior for non warranty work and have signed an agreement as I was told of everything that would be done and the cost. So they are able to clearly see that I didn't not agree to this.

After reviewing the job and speaking with our Service Manager, we have determined that your equipment was not under warranty at the time of your service and therefore, fees would have been incurred at the time of service. We apologize for any miscommunication between you and the technician at the appointment, it is always a best practice of ours to be as transparent as we possibly can be and learn from it when we fall short of that goal. I was referred to RJ Kielty by another HVAC company in January 2021. Robert came out to troubleshoot why my hot water tank was leaking. Rather than be quick to judge it needed replaced, he found the bottom element was loose and tightened it up. Problem solved. I was so pleased with his honesty and professionalism, I enrolled in the HVAC and plumbing Kielty care package (something I would normally not do on site). About six months later, the staff contacted me to set up my semi annual HVAC maintenance and yearly plumbing maintenance. Office staff is very courteous and friendly. Jeff came out for the HVAC maintenance. I was so impressed with his knowledge, communication skills, professionalism, demeanor and suggestions needed to meet my needs, I had him replace my UV bulb, install a new patriot air purification system, remove and replace both supply and return air plenum and add a supply run and return line to the master bedroom. Talk about a top notch job!! Meticulous. His helper James was very polite and professional. They worked very well together as a team. Ronny came out to do annual plumbing maintenance. Once again, super knowledgeable, professional and did a fantastic job. Just draining my hot water tank alone of all sediment was worth it!! I have never worked with such a top notch company with such professional and highly trained employees. Prices are reasonable and it’s clear RJ Kielty’s mission statement is to provide exemplary service and retain customers for ALL of their HVAC and plumping needs.
