Bill from Bay Area Air Conditioning came out tonight when we notice our a/c wasn’t working. He found the issue and had it fixed quickly. We did pay an after hours fee but the price was reasonable. We will definitely use this company for any future issues and maintenance.

Technician came on time in a clean truck. He was friendly and courteous. He answered my questions nicely. He spent a lot of time and did a thorough job. I belong to the Silver Service so there was no added charge. I recommend them without reservation.

This is the best AC company I have ever worked with! My AC unit shut down due to an electrical spike from a storm and the two gentleman that came to help me were professional and most importantly kind! They were interested in helping me diagnose the issues and fix them without trying to charge me for things that were not needed. I could not have asked for a better experience and it was at affordable rates, as a single mom that was extremely important to me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need and I for sure will be using their services again in the future.
