  The first tech to come out did a very thorough job troubleshooting the issue and although he wasn't available to install the new motor when it came in, the 2nd tech did a great job not only replacing the motor but confirming what the actual issue was. They both went above and beyond what I expected and this company is on my list for further service in the future!!

  Got here early to fix my broken AC and J.C. was very polite and professional the whole time. The apartment complex I live in has many issues because the people did a bang up job on installing everything but he was able to work the problems and fix the AC. Very hard worker and went at a fast pace the whole time. Thank you J.C. and Crystal Air Conditioning and Heating.
