  Alex was very thorough and professional. He clearly explained his findings and recommendations. My A/C unit is 20 years old, so we talked about that and reasonable expectations. He told me it is working well at this time, however it is an older unit. I already knew that it is at about it's life expectancy and will need to be replaced in the near future. I've always received great service from Spencer's, and this was no exception.

  I was alerted ahead of time that the technician was on his way. I like that. Alex is the technician who serviced my unit. He presented himself well, having a good professional appearance, was friendly and had a well concise report of all what he did. He offered some suggestions in helping to maintain my unit, that was well received. I think he represents RB Spencer very well.

  These guys were just right! The technician arrived on time and went straight to work. He was polite and made a good impression. Once he finished, he checked back in before leaving, let me know all was well, and was on his way. Very good! We've been having quite a time getting businesses to call back, arrive at the appointed time, or communicate much at all! It's been very frustrating.
