  We chose Quality HVAC to install our geothermal system in our new post frame construction home, not only based on price, but on the system design Scott drew up for the structure. His knowledge of structural engineering was reassuring and impressive. Installation has been completed for about a month. The air flow and balance of temperature in the home is pretty good especially for the design of the structure. Scott did not try to sell us upgrades and additional equipment we did not need. We appreciated his honesty throughout the process. Lisa was very helpful with the paperwork for filing tax credits and rebates which was also very appreciated. When issues arose, they were good about keeping us updated which was very appreciated. When I needed to call, I was always greeted in a friendly and courteous manner.

  Quality HVAC has installed HVAC systems for my company for close to 40 years, spanning a time period during which the company has been run by 2 generations of family owners. They have done installations in all types of homes, from small energy efficient designs to large luxury homes, and commercial installations also. They have always been knowledgeable about equipment, provided neat workmanship done by skilled tradespeople, and been able to do so cost competitively. I cannot offer anything but the highest recommendation for Quality HVAC to anyone needing heating and cooling work done in their home or place of business.   This is a very good company. My situation involved a malfunctioning geothermal unit, and Quality HVAC was obviously concerned for me. The owner, Scott, kept me informed throughout the process, and even offered free use of space heaters while my unit was not working. I highly recommend Quality HVAC!
