  I called because my furnace was working when it felt like it. I called Quality Heating because they have serviced my furnace in the past and I was very satisfied with their work. The technicians were very kind and personable and I knew that the work would be done well! I was informed that the motor in my furnace was going, but it will last me through this winter. I will call in the fall and have them install a new motor. I am very satisfied with Quality Heating and the very knowledgeable people that work for them. Thank you,

  What a terrible company and experience. Installed April Zaire system 12/22/21, left and stated all was functioning well. Next morning I went into basement, and water was pouring out of the tie in to hot water line. Had to shut main water off, this is my elderly parents home in Oconomowoc. Never did any training on system. They used a cheap clamp on connector instead of cutting line and putting hard connection and soldering. Unsure if this company has licensed plumbers, but by looking at shoddy work I highly doubt it. When I called I got the total runaround from the nasty lady who answered the phone. Told me someone was on the way. Hour later called back and they stated he wouldn’t be here for another hour. Terrible terrible service, snarky comments from the phone handler, and no transfer to owner of the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My parents are elderly and do not know even how to shut water off, this is terrible service and we will likely seek restitution and possibly file a lawsuit if it turns out they are not licensed plumbers. Horrible, horrible experience!

  The team was helpful in setting up a timely appointment. They gave us a time window for the day of the appointment, texted the day before to confirm, and then called to let us know when they were about 20 min away. The individuals who serviced our furnace listened to our concerns and addressed them. They were diligent in testing to ensure everything was working properly. Happy that we signed up for the service program with them. Now we already have our next appointment set up for summer so they can service our AC. Great program for people like us who sometimes forget to schedule the regular maintenance we should!
