Air Quality Controllers was easy to get a quote from and schedule my appointment. The crew that showed up and performed the work was on-time, professional, thorough and explained the entire process from start to finish for what they were doing. They finished on time and showed me exactly what was done, include pictures of the before and after.

I would recommend them to anyone looking at getting their ducts cleaned.

Very disappointed - damaged my home in multiple spots.  In two places, they dragged their equipment around a corner and took off paint/drywall that needed to be re-textured.  The stripped a screw on return a vent (didn't even tell me) and left a screw bit on my toddlers changing pad.  AND they chipped a dresser.

They ended up returning my money plus 10%.  BE CAREFUL - their terms say they'll only give you 110% back regardless of what they damage so don't agree to that in the sales contract.

Would never use them again.

From first phone call to completion of the job, these gentlemen were a delight. The trio arrived promptly, and got to work immediately. Key information from the initial phone call was remembered, impressing me with such attention to detail. The work was completed in a timely fashion. I am extremely pleased with their work, and will definitely use them again in the future.

I setup for an estimate on cleaning my ducts. The guy came over gave me a price and set a do date. I found someone else same price, but was able to do it sooner. When I called to cancel they were fine with it and asked why. Thought that would be the end of it. Come to find out the creep has been stalking my face book page and saw pics of it being cleaned and has been calling my wife. I find this creepy and unprofessional.

On 12/18/20 I went to Mr. Schmidt’s house to give him a quote.  Towards the end of my meeting with him, we agreed on a date to do the work.  It turns out that Mr. Schmidt and I have a mutual friend on Facebook that posted something related to air duct cleaning on 12/23/20.  Since I’m in the business, I clicked on the post and to my surprise Mr. Schmidt had commented on the post that he just had his ductwork cleaned.  After the long Christmas weekend, I called the Schmidt’s to let them know that I was taking them off our calendar since I saw on Facebook that the work had already been performed.  Mrs. Schmidt was the first point of contact with our company when she arranged the meeting for the quote scheduled for 12/18/20, so her number was the only number that I had on file.  I had tried calling her twice and she did not answer.  The third time that I called, I left a voicemail explaining that I was taking them off our calendar and why.  I also requested for her to confirm that she received the message by calling our office.  A few days past and I still did not hear from her.  My final call, she answered, and I was able to confirm that she received the message.  As most reasonable people can see, I was trying to be thorough with my communication with them.  After all, we do have a mutual friend through social media, so I was looking out for their best interest.  Mr. Schmidt’s comments are business disparagement and defamation of character.  I encourage Mr. Schmidt to call me at my office to address any other concerns.

We recently purchased a home from a family that had two cats. Being allergic, we needed the ducts cleaned. Air Quality Controllers were easy to set up services with, they were on time, and they did a great job. I kept a good eye on them throughout the day and they did not damage anything. They clearly knew what they were doing, didn't take any breaks, worked hard and quickly. They were very careful as they moved around the home. After their services, I have been able to breath easy without any allergy issues thanks to their work! Thanks for the great work!

The guys were very professional and polite.  Did great work and our air is now clean and fresh.  Appreciated that they wore masks while doing the service.  They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves.  Would highly recommend this company!!!!

My house was built in 1953 and the ductwork has never been cleaned. I cannot tell you the difference now that this has been done, it’s like I live in a new house! Very professional service. They left me with before/after pictures, and even replaced my clogged drier vent. I absolutely recommend this service & I’ll see them again in five years!

Being locked up inside all the time I wanted to insure that the air quality we were breathing in was as clean as possible. They came and did an awesome job on my house. They showed me before and after photos of the job they did. They were efficient and thorough. I'd recommend their work to anyone!

Had some work done yesterday.  The guys that came in were super nice, professional and efficient.  Cleaned up everything when the job was complete. They did a great job!!  Will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Pleased with my service.  They actually had an opening for the very next day, which worked out great.  Don and his 2 workers were professional and respectful.  They used professional equipment and you could tell they were really cleaning out the air ducts.  I saw pictures of before and after, and wow what a difference.  They took out 10 lbs of dust and whatever else was in the air ducts.  I purchased an older home last year and this was much needed and well worth the money and peace of mind.
