  Great service on a Saturday! My furnace quit working and the repair person was here with 30 minutes of my call, and the repairs done within 15 minutes. He knew what he was doing and explained everything. I would recommend them. The price was very reasonable, especially for a Saturday call. I was worried about being taken as a female and did not feel that I was used in any way.

  Our AC went out a couple of days ago and we decided to go through our home insurance first. Well, their first available appointment wasn’t for another 2.5 weeks so after suffering through brutal humidity and heat in the house, i called Quality and within an hour of calling, Justin came out to the house and repaired our AC within 20 minutes. We also have a newborn so the prompt response and quick fix makes us even more grateful to this company. We will definitely be using them if any other issues (crossing my fingers there won’t be) arises. Thanks Justin, you were awesome and a life saver!!
