  1 - Was parked in the driveway exactly when he said he'd be there. 2 - Cleaned what needed cleaned, tested the furnace to make sure it worked.....problem solved! 3 - Absolutely cost effective! Will I call him again, heck I'm going to call him for the AC too...ABSOLUTELY!!

  30 degrees outside, after 6pm, and the furnace quits.. A friend recommended calling Quality Heating and A/C in Ohioville, PA. He spent 15-20 minutes on the phone with me troubleshooting. (I'm fairly handy, but no HVAC guy) Got the furnace going for the night! Would give him ten stars if I could. Customer for life.

  Great experience! Company called me back promptly to schedule an appt for the next morning. Also, called at the time of the scheduled appt to inform me they would be running a half hour behind. Diagnosed the problem almost immediately and had it fixed in minutes. Rates were great too! Will certainly use them again if the need arises.
