  This is why I will never use anyone else. Furnace went down about 1 hour before the major snow storm was to arrive. They were here within the hour. Needed a new furnace...Installed by the very next day (even when there was a foot of snow on ground!!) Best Heating and Cooling Company I have ever used.

  On two separate occasions I have called this company. I received no response either time. I can understand if you are so busy you can’t take on more work. However, a response either way is in order, especially when you leave a message after you are told they will get back with you as soon as possible. We certainly won’t waste our time with them again.
