  Do yourself a favor and do business with this company. From sales to service, there is no close second to Quality! We were SO impressed at the level of care they put into putting together a quote, explaining options and what each line item means, their punctuality and how professional everyone was. It’s evident in the systems they use for quoting and who they chose for vendors that Quality only works with the BEST for their customers! I want to especially thank Damion who walked our family from first introduction to onsite installation! YOU are the reason we chose Quality!

  Murphy’s law: Everything always malfunctions on a Sunday or a Holiday without fail. Our thermostat was showing no power to it and after trying everything we could think of we called Quality Comfort. They scheduled us between 1-3pm. We got a confirmation text for our appointment, a text when the Technician was on his way and they were earlier than our appointment time. (Obviously this won’t be the case every time but it was very much appreciated). Damion was our technician and was very friendly and explained everything to us in detail. Explained that the air filter we were using was not the best and could eventually cause us problems down the line. He explained pricing (even with the weekend service call fee) it was reasonable. He then got to work. Was very thorough and explained to us how to prevent this from happening in the future. We were very much satisfied with our service and in particular with Damion. When dealing with repairs, especially on an emergency basis, it can sometimes be overwhelming to know who to go to. It was apparent that Quality Comfort values their customers and the service we were provided made us very comfortable. If you’re looking for great service from a company you can trust, call Quality Comfort.

  The employees were all very professional, courteous and friendly. I was very impressed by them. We ran into a snag but they worked it out beautifully. It caused a long delay but they stayed until the job was done. I would recommend this company but especially this group of guys to anyone looking to have any Central A/C and or heating repair or replacement.
