  Total scam artists. Got a top of the line Trane system put in my new house a few years ago, it cost well over $10k. Almost as soon as the labor warranty expired(2 years), the unit started having problems and ended up needing a new evaporator coil. After spending loads of money on a new unit, Ellington couldn't tell me anything about why this "state of the art" system was broken. Unless, I signed up for their subscription scam service, and paid through the nose just to have the diagnostics run. But hey! Parts are covered for ten years! I would have to pay to get them to figure it out and install it though which makes the $500 part look like chump change. I told them to go away and went with another company(different companies can get your free parts under the warranty, so you aren't stuck with Ellington!) Though my Trane system continues to malfunction randomly years later. Probably due to poor installation. Don't call Ellington. Don't buy a Trane.

  Curtis Lionel was very professional. He went right to work and performed his duties. This guy works very hard to make Customers happy.. He needs to be paid more before someone else finds this Goldmine. Ellington Air thanks for sending out this nice guy.

  I called Ellington to have my AC system checked as I just moved into the home. I was provided with the technician's name and photograph of who to expect. THE technician himself, called me to also let me know he was coming the day before and when he was about 30 to 40 minutes out. When he arrived, he was well spoken and courteous. The level of customer service was on par and very professional. Masks and Booties were worn every time he was close or came inside the house. Very happy with the experience and happy with the company as a whole.
