  From my first contact until the quick arrival of the technician, service was great. My tech Matt Orlando advised me of his ETA and was right on time. He was very polite and knowledgable. Not only did he fix my issue but he explained the unit to me and advised on proper use of settings. Once the repair was completed he explained the maintenance and service plans available and gave his advise on which was best for me and why. He even contacted the office directly to help get me all the info possible. He was great and I have signed up to be a regular maintenance and service customer largely due to his professionalism. Thank you Quality Air and thank you Matt!

  It was a pleasure working with Quality Air. From an initial phone call through completion of installing a new unit, the process could not have been any better, or gone more smoothly. Juan in the front office was helpful and knowledgeable. The initial inspector was prompt and thorough. The installers, Mohammad and Alfredo were great. We are very happy with Quality Air and have no hesitation recommending them.

  I called Quality Air Conditioning Company last evening because my AC air handler was dripping water. Since it wasn’t an emergency I asked them to come out today. Jesus Villalobos called me when he was on his way and arrived within the time window I was given. He was very professional and respectfully listened to me. He found the problem was a clogged drain line which he cleared and added a few things that will allow me to easily keep track of the drain line. He took care of the problem and checked to make sure there were no other issues. The pricing for the service was fair and unlike other companies I have dealt with he didn’t try to sell me more than what I needed. Overall a top notch HVAC company and Jesus was honest, respectful and his work was high quality. I highly recommend this company especially if all of the employees are as good as Jesus. Thank you Jesus! FYI I had routine maintenance service done on the same unit 6 weeks ago by another company. Needless to say that company will never get any more business from me. Going forward Quality Air is the company I will be using.
