  Employees go to the back to do who knows what for 30 minutes, not just one but two! People waiting and complaining that they will leave and employees answer is “I had to do something”, manager couldn’t care less, won’t sell me a bracket because he’s too busy trying to fix another order that they have messed up

  Alef, thank you for reaching out and for your review. I have spoken to our branch manager and unfortunately you came in at a very busy hour where the team was actively helping multiple customers. He asked if you were a licensed HVAC contractor and you are not. Based on our company policies we currently only sell to licensed contractors since many of the items we sell are regulated.
