  Steve and Sarah came to our rescue on a Sunday afternoon when our upstairs system stopped cooling. It was too hot up there for the kids to sleep or my husband to work from his home office. Steve and Sarah quickly came out (within an hour or two of our call) and figured out what was broken. Steve then gave us several options and helped us decide what repairs would be best for our system. After the repairs were made, they double checked to make sure the system was working properly. We are now cool and comfortable. They are a great team and offer wonderful value and service! I would 10/10 recommend them!

  Outstanding, professional service. Steve and his crew were in and out in one day. Great care taken protect our floors and furniture while they worked. Hopefully, we won't need another A/C system for 10-12 years but, when we do, Quality Air Care will get the call.

  I was extremely satisfied with Steve Wiggins & his crew! They were professional, answered my questions without hesitation, and were quick to respond. Steve explained the equipment & details about the job so i could understand. He was also very supportive when I asked questions & needed service pertaining to other equipment i had purchased previously.
