Sent by a home warranty place and was pleasantly surprised they called and came the very day I filed the claim.  Gentleman came exactly when he said he would, identified the problem (fan motor), and fixed it within an hour. Was very impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and that he didn't upsell or BS me about the quality and needs of our A-C system.  Would definitely use again -  great folks and great service.

We have American Home Shield and they have sent Lane’s Service out every time we have AC issues. They are fast, responsive, and usually come same day. The problem is almost always fixed immediately. We will continue using Lane’s even after we discontinue our AHS contract.

Our air stopped working yesterday afternoon so I opened a service request with our home warranty company.  It was after hrs but I left a voicemail for Lane Services and got a call back first thing this morning.  They were able to put us into their first apt slot which was so great!  Typically I feel like we’ve had to wait a few days to get an apt with other companies.  Steve was able to fix the AC in 20 min!  It was such a great experience.  Highly recommend.

This company was sent to me through American Home Shield. Scheduling was easy and my calls were quickly returned. Chad was fantastic! Punctual, polite, professional and honest. Within 5 minutes he found an issue 3 previous techs (from other companies) had missed. He was very thorough. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions. He listened to what I had to say and was super helpful. My house has never been cooler and I would recommend this company to anyone!

Lane Services was not only fast and efficient, but happily communicated with me during my daily update request to him. In fact, he was the only part of the process that wasn't an issue. He went above and beyond to get our AC up and running as quickly as possible. All the while being professional, respectful, and most of all understanding with my frustration brought on by AHS.
Technically, I was not Lane Service's customer... I am a customer of AHS who is a customer of Lane Services. And though that is the reality here, Jeff with Lane Services treated me more like a customer than AHS ever did. I will not only be sharing this on your survey here, but I will be sharing this on every available review opportunity I can because I have never had such great service from a vendor as I did with Lane Services.

Scheduled my A/C repair via my American Home Shield contract.  Lane Service tech called me within a couple of hours to schedule the repairs.  He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and made the repairs quickly.  I highly recommend them.

Had an ac blower issue, and by luck Lane was able to find the part in 2 days. Highly recommend, Colton is a great tech and very professional. 5 stars!

Great A/C company! I put in a service request for my A/C through my home warranty provider and Chad from Lane Service showed up easily within a half hour! He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went over each issue he noted and performed the required services quickly and efficiently. He made sure to give me a couple pointers to use to keep my A/C running smoothly in the future. I’m very impressed with Chad in particular, and would request services from this company again in the future!
