  We use Pyramid HVAC every winter for our annual furnace checks and have been very happy with Alex. He is affordable and does excellent work.

  Alex came out in a timely manner, however he never fixed the air conditioner! He kept trying different things but it would work for a few weeks then stop. I would call him, he would say he would be out at such and such time then not show. Then I would get a text a few hours later saying he got tied up. This happened 3 times and finally I told him to forget it. I will wait until spring..since summer is just about over...and get someone more qualified.

  He was not able to finish the job in a timely manner, it took him a month to order and install a new part in a air conditioner.
