  The team did exceptional work and exceeded my expectations in almost every way. They completely overhauled the electrical wiring in my basement that was a DIY project by the previous homeowners. They provided insights and suggestions all along the way that I hadn't even thought of. They were courteous and respectful of me and my property, they arrived on time stayed within budget, through in a few extras that I didn't expect. Most importantly they communicated with me before, during, and after the project.

  My heat went out back in January on one of the coldest days of the year. One of the major heating companies in the area sent someone out who misdiagnosed the problem and then couldn't tell me when the part would come in to fix it. PS came out the same day and got my heater back up and running temporarily. Based on what was wrong, I ended up using PS to replace my entire heating/cooling system. They were professional, quick, easy to work with, reasonably priced and did a great job. Would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

  I have used PS Property Services multiple times and they provide top notch service and do it in a timely manner! Their pricing is very competitive. I called Mark on a Friday night and he showed up 2 hours later the same day even though I said it could wait a day or two! I have always recommended them to 5-10 clients already and gotten great feedback from my clients! Keep up the great work!
