My home warranty sent this company my claim # end of last summer took three weeks and calling the home warranty service to get someone out to my house. The air conditioning worked one day and the same thing happened again, fan running non stop and no cool air. Call the warranty company they got someone out to say it is too cold now to check your AC. We will let the home warranty company know the leave this WO open and we will see you in the Spring. So I call the home warranty two days ago and the order was closed but I was within my covered time so they reassigned me to A1 complete heating and cooling. He says I haven't checked my emails I will check and get back with you tomorrow. So two days later I call them back and tell them I need an appointment and what company my home warranty was with, and he tells me, "we don't do work for them." Called the home warranty, fuming and got it reasigned to another company.😊 These people on a good day are by far the worst service I have ever had..!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My Home Warranty set me up with this company to have my air conditioner looked at. I gave him 24 hours to call me to set up an appt. and didn't hear anything. So I called them and a man answered the phone, which I am assuming is the owner and was very rude. Said he couldn't get to me until tomorrow, so I asked him if that was the soonest. His reply in a rude way "uh ya, that warranty company dumps 30 calls a weekend on me." One it's not my problem that you can't keep up or have the employees to service all the customers you are getting. Two, I didn't make you accept the contract with the warranty company. Then I told him he didn't have to be so rude and he replied with "you don't know me, you can go to another company." Don't mind if I do. There are plenty of companies out there that could use the business and treat their customers with respect. I would strongly recommend not using this company.

I can't verify as to the quality of the work, but I can say that I deal with about 5 other HVAC contractors on a weekly basis,, and the tech that works for this company, lacks both professionalism and has a bad attitude.
