  Our heater was making a very loud noise so of course we called several HVAC companies. The first two that came out assessed the problem and basically told us it was going to be too expensive to fix so we may as well replace our entire unit with quotes ranging from $12k-$18k. Finally a friend recommended we talk to Pryor. They came out the next day agreed with the diagnoses but were very straightforward about choosing either avenue, replace or repair. We chose to repair for under $1K and our heater has been running fine ever since. I appreciate Pryor's candor, professionalism and willingness to let us choose.

  Pryor Plumbing and Heating serviced my 15yo tankless hot water heater and got it up and running in only an hour! This is after a competitor assured me that parts were no longer available and I would need a new unit. Keith was very helpful and professional over the phone helping to diagnose the problem and Eric was efficient and friendly when he came to work on the repair. I would highly recommend - they’ve earned a repeat customer in me.

  We had a fabulous experience with this business. The price was fair, and he was the only plumber to find the leak and repair it. I would definitely hire this business again!
