  I own Capitol Exterior, LLC and had the opportunity to work with Dave on a unique project which 3 other HVAC contractors wouldn’t touch. He took the project without hesitation, built some custom curbs & flashings for my project and installed them within my crunched timetable. His employees were incredible and the install went great. My client is very happy. I’d highly recommend Kuck Mechanical and would be happy to work with them again.

Owners and management are amazing and easy to work with. Everyone works together in a great family atmosphere. I would highly recommend starting or continuing your career here.

  Incompetent and toxic management, horrible work atmosphere, pay far below industry average, and they wonder why there's an astronomical turnover rate. Avoid this place like the plague.
