  I’ve used Pros for several years. They are a highly reputable and honest company that consistently provides quality services at a reasonable price. Most recently, my heater broke and needed a part which wasn’t available locally which needed to be shipped in from Florida. As there was going to be a 3-day delay before my unit could be repaired, Pros called and offered to drop off a couple of portable heaters at no charge so I’d be comfortable in the interim. On the day the part was to arrive, I received a couple of updates as to when it would be delivered to the vendor and when Wesley (Pros owner and technician) would arrive to finish the repair. Words can’t describe how happy I was to feel warm air again coming through my vents. Thanks Pros and Wesley for a great job!

  I have been very happy since switching to PROS Heating & Air Conditioning as soon as I was able to at the expiration of my 5-year warranty with another HVAC company. I was stupid to not have switched sooner, given all the issues that I, and neighbors had with the former HVAC company. Any and all questions and concerns I have had since switching to PROS have been answered and resolved immediately. I have also referred three (3) different people to PROS since I switched, which is not something I typically will do...and for sure never did with my former HVAC company. Thanks so much Wesley and Office Staff and great Technicians for your hard work and dedication...most recently Kaleb on two occasions...very kind, courteous and cordial. Thanks PROS!
