  An excellent experience from our call at 3AM when our furnace went out, to bringing it back on-line the same day, the work in specifying and providing a quote for a new furnace and the installation of the new furnace. Ari, Maureen and Desiree handle the calls and do the scheduling. All of them were polite and respectful on the phone, a pleasure to talk with. Jeremy was our technician that brought our furnace back online the same day by replacing the gas valve. He then asked if we wanted to consider replacing our 29 year old furnace. We decided to and Jeremy took the time to determine the size of a new unit, provided the Daikin furnace choices, features and the quote. The process took time (a good thing) and Jeremy was very thorough to insure customer needs were met. The installation was led by Adam Multerer along with Trevor, a trainee and an assistant Ryan. Trevor and Ryan made sure all our floors were covered and were very careful bringing in the new furnace and in taking out the much heavier old furnace. Adam Multerer was outstanding in three areas: 1. His craftsmanship and technical experience that delivered a beautiful installation. The sheet metal fabrication work and PVC piping to adapt the new furnace was outstanding. 2. His leadership in teaching and overseeing the team in proper installation methods. 3. His people skills in talking with us on how the new furnace is constructed, the new motor technology providing quiet performance, and our warranties on both the furnace and thermostat. In all our conversations he wanted to make sure our needs were met. Adam's genuine, respectful demeanor really builds trust and we are grateful and very appreciative of it.

  The technicians were very polite. Terry made sure that the unit was appropriate for my wall. The previous unit wasn't installed right so it was a fire hazard. They took the extra time to make sure that everything was installed correctly and sealed correctly. They made sure that everything was clean and back in order. The installation appointment was set in a matter of days. The Terry and his partner worked hard and did a good job of getting the furnace in quickly.
