  I called multiple times and I got not follow up. Over the course of 2 weeks no one called me back after I requested an appointment. I was told someone would be calling me in a few days....crickets, that was a week ago. Before that I left a voicemail 4 days prior. I called today and no answer. Terrible follow up.

  Our Air conditioning broke down last summer, calling J & H Heating was a good call because they provided us with an excellent service in a very fast time. They are professional, courteous and their rates are very reasonable in my opinion.
