  Everyone with this company is very professional, timely and very knowledgeable. My Trane A/C Unit was not cooling well after 17 years of service. Tommy at Professional Cooling spent a lot of time discussing the pro's and con's of cost of repair or the option of purchasing a new system, and what types of system would really be best for us. After much discussion, and a great deal of detailed information, I finally decided to go with a new 2-stage Trane and I'm very happy with it. Oliver and the install crew were top notch. Showed up on the minute they were scheduled, friendly, gave great explanations of everything, and did an amazing job of installation making sure all of the details were correct. I also want to give a shout out to Tiffany their customer service professional. She was super courteous and was a terrific liaison between the customer and company. She's very impressive. I can't say enough positive things about this company and their staff... we will continue to be a loyal customer.

  The technician arrived on time and completed the work quickly. I had the air scrubber installed in my unit so I am excited to see how well it works. Very pleased with the service.
