  Made an appointment for an estimate for an AC installation. Window was for 8-12, didn’t hear from anyone by 1:30 so I called and left a voicemail. No call back so I called back and hour later to attempt to reach someone at 2:30. They didn’t have and info on why I haven’t received a call or visit and was told I would get a call back in a few minutes. I waited another half hour and called back again for an update and was told that “Kevin was probably running late”. Maybe they’re having normally top notch, but if I’m investing around $8k with a company for an AC but they can’t communicate even small issues to the (potential) customer then I can’t gamble with my investment with them.
