  They had someone out within 30 minutes of me calling ON A FRIDAY! John was knowledgeable of the fryer and checked all things just to be sure. Thanks guys you saved my kitchen for the weekend rush !

  This used to be best service group around. NOT ANYMORE! I have used them for repairs and installations at both my locations for years. Service used to be professional and prompt in the past. Like I said, not anymore. My experience this week has been broken promises and outright lies. They said they hadn't talked to Atosa about a warrranty repair, when in fact they had talked to Atosa and Atosa gave the repair to another company, because they were not getting a prompt response from Pro-Serv. At my other location they were requiring a new customer packet to work on a refrigeration unit that they installed? I am writing this because I have referred a lot of business to Pro-Serv in the past to other local restaurant owners and I want to publicly retract any past referrals. The good service was good while it lasted, but those days are officially gone. Good Luck. Jim

  Jim We are so sorry you feel this way. But you have used our services one other time. This service was through the warranty company and we were sent the work order 2 weeks after you called the manufacture for service. Your complaints are all warranty company related. But we will use this opportunity like all others to get even better. And yes once a year we ask for customers to fill out customer packets just to ensure we have all the correct information.

  We started using Pro-Serv a few months ago for restaurant equipment repairs. They have always been quick to respond to service requests, and speedy with their repairs. All of their service technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them!
