They sent a technician right away who performed several maintenance routines to start up the system and help it kick back into full gear, right before the cold season begins. I was very thankful for the prompt response and professional service. They took my blues away about making costly replacements, which I could not afford at the time.

  We couldn't adjust the temperature on our AC unit properly. It seemed to be stuck at a certain temperature, and we wanted to change it. So we called the air conditioning services company, and they responded immediately. Their technician did an excellent job and fixed everything pretty quickly.
