  Our tech immediately figured out what was causing the noise and replaced the part under warranty. He also did the regular maintenance service. I have been using Phase Heating & Air Conditioning for 3 years and I always love these guys. They take good care of the units and always come right away if I have a problem.   I found Phase Heating & Air Conditioning by searching on Google, when my heater stopped working. I was able to call them at night and they were able to walk me through the steps to get it going for the night. They came in the next day and explained the problem and fixed it within an hour. Very polite and professional, trustable. I will do business with Phase Heating & Air Conditioning again.

  I called Mark about the furnace not working around 6 pm on a Friday. He contacted back and made arrangements to schedule the repairs the next day. The repair was completed on Saturday as promised. I highly recommend Phase Heating & Air Conditioning company. I've had very positive experiences with them.
