  We have been customers of Priority One since Mark started the business. We highly recommend this company. Friendly staff and the techs are highly skilled and usually come earlier than scheduled. They always call ahead to make sure it’s a good time. We pay a very reasonable monthly fee for bi-annual system assessment and maintenance on our heat pump and it runs like a charm! P-1 is loyal to their customers and we are loyal to them!

  Thank you for making our experience the best ever. Your company exceeded our expectations with excellent customer service and a knowledgeable friendly crew. Every step of the job went smoothly with no problems or setbacks. The people were professional and got installation done to quickly and everything looks and works great!.   Our Technician was Chad and he was Great! He was able to quickly diagnose our issue. Chad found loose wires that ended up melting. Chad got the wires fixed with in the hour and had heat back up and running. Chad also checked the AC unit to make sure that was working as well. We have a 2 year old pup who took a liking to Chad and Chad did great with my pups excitement. Very thankful for the quick service.
