Hands down best service and fast! We dug up an old lantern to discover a gas line. We needed to be sure it was not live and could be cut and capped. I called and Dean was there the next day with the work finished within 5-10 min. Great guy, super knowledgable and thanks a million!

Woke up to a freezing house in this serious below temperature weather. Called Dean and he was at my house in an hour and fixed my furnace right away. I have known him for years and wouldn't call anyone else. I highly recommend him! Great service, On Time, Good  Value. Thanks Dean!!!

Dean and Scott have been out at least 3 or 4 times for different things, including once where my idiocy required a full rewiring and relocation of our thermostat....long story. But they did the whole thing with good humor. They are both great and very knowledgeable and tolerate me so I can't ask for much more.  And Dean is short with you? Sorry that not everyone is fake "MN nice"- maybe the guy is to the point and gets the job done.  If you want a huge bill and some pretty poetry perhaps host a prom?

I spoke with Dean on the phone, he is a very straight forward guy.  I thought our furnace was starting to go.  He had me check a few things on my furnace before even coming out.  Thankfully what he suggested worked.  I appreciate the great service.

Update, we lost heat during the coldest weeks of the winter, found out our furnace died.  Not only did he come out quick he brought us heaters and was able to get us up and running quickly with a new unit.  I highly recommend this company and the way they take care of their customers.

Great installation.  Was very happy with the installation of my AC and Furnace unit last week.  They came on time and were done on the second day.  They were recommended by a neighbor and didn't disappoint.  Scott clearly is a technical expert on these units.  They use American Standard which is top rated by Consumer Reports.  Price was slightly under my other two bids.  They are a small local company which has plus and minus.  Plus that you know you will get an great technician.

Called yesterday morning after plumber suggested this company could help with what might possible be causing water in my basement. Tech came out about 3 hours after my call despite me not being able to be home. He explained thoroughly what was going on and made sure he had a plan in place not to bill until we knew 100% my issue was resolved. I have used several other furnace companies previously but won't ever again!

Dean and Scott repaired my AC system. The price was the best quote out of 3  and the service was outstanding. They handled the follow up paper work for all the waranty registration and did a great job.  i would recommend them to anyone who needs repair or service for heating or cooling systems.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!  Our outdoor AC unit at home stopped working on a VER HOT Saturday.  It would not kick on.  We have used PLHA before and have had wonderful experiences with them so we called.  They called back Sunday morning and were at our house within an hour!!!  ON A SUNDAY!!  They diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in short order and for an extremely reasonable price!  Most other HVAC companies would have tried to sell us a complete  system for thousands Rather than fixing the simple, small issue.  Our HVAC system is 21 years old and still working great thanks to these honest, hard working people!

Called because my furnace was out and spoke with Dean. Never met someone so unprofessional. The conversation was short and I took my business elsewhere. I have never left a review before but felt compelled after this encounter.

Hands down best move I made contacting the owner.  This company helped me get a replacement part that should have been covered by warranty by a different prior lake company.  Dean helped get me in contact with Bryant and assisted in getting Bryant to stand by their product and make good on a part that the original company that installed my part failed to do. Dean gave me a fair price on labor that I was happy to.pay after taking care of my situation.  He even got Bryant to give an extended warranty and he is not an authorized Bryant dealer.  I will stand behind Prior Lake Heating and Air.
