Exceptional service & communication! Justin came out and fixed our furnace after another tech from a different  company misdiagnosed the problem & didn’t fix it.

Justin has been out to our house numerous times. He’s knowledgeable and efficient!! I trust his recommendations, and I never feel like he’s trying to oversell anything. Also, the office staff is so nice on the phone, and they are quick to find appointments. I am very happy with their service!!

Called Metro Air Monday morning after our AC stop blowing cold over the weekend. I was lucky to have a service man in our area and I was able to schedule the same day.
Justin arrived (called) during the approximate 2 hour time frame given in the morning. He quickly figured out that a cottonwood clogged our unit.
Cleaned our unit, and replaced some parts. Quick fix. Cold air is now flowing! Thank you, we are happy and grateful for the prompt friendly service from Justin and Riley from Metro Air

12/15/2021:
Still a happy Metro Air Heating & Cooling customer, this is the only HVAC company I will use, in April/May this year I had new furnace and AC unit installed, both excellent. Today I had Chris come out and make a small adjustment so my water softener lid could open more freely. I called this morning and they were onsite within an hour, issue resolved quickly. A+ service still!

A year ago:
I’m a happy repeat customer of Metro Air Heating & Cooling. Not only are their technicians competent, but they’re honest which is just as important.
Today Nick performed an AC tuneup, he was professional and took the time to explain how things work.
I know eventually I’ll need a new AC system but for now Metro keeps me going until I’ve budgeted for the replacement. A+ service!

Great customer service, fast, very competitive quote and timely install.  Jeff (salesman) was super easy to work with, not pushy and very helpful.  Installers we're on time, respectful, listened to my conserns and were done when they said they would.  Both of them had over 30yrs of experience!
MetroAir handled all rebates, trade-in paperwork and warranty registration, I got tax-rebate paperwork right away.  I didn't have to do anything nother than sign.

I am a tenant and our landlord used Metro Air when our A/C went out. Daryl came out and assessed the situation and recommended replacement since the unit was so old and parts would be expensive. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Then Nick came out to give a quote and take measurements for the replacement unit, he was also very friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. When the replacement was ready we had Justin and Drew at our home and also a great experience with them. They came in and got the job done quickly and efficiently. So, working with 4 employees at Metro Air I have had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Metro Air is an exceptional company, all interactions we've had with staff have exceeded our expectations. We just built a brand new home and our builder uses Metro Air. About a month after we built, we were walking by a different build site and decided to see if we could ask one of the Metro Air technician a few questions (quickly, of course), and the gentleman (Craig, I think) was super friendly and happy to answer our few quick/questions. Today we had a technician out just to look over our units, and he was phenomenal (Justin). Again, he was super nice, explained things in a way that we understood, and helped us know how to manage things moving forward. When I originally called Metro Air, the lady who answered my phone call (Nancy, I believe), was also fantastic. We would highly recommend this company for any HVAC related needs!!

What a great company!  Very professional and easy to work with.  Jeff came out promptly to give me an estimate on a garage heater and the price was fair. The following week Adam and his team came to install it.  They were very nice and did excellent  work. I would hire them again and again.
