The owner, Tim, seems so involved and really shows he genuinely cares about his techs, the quality of the equipment they sell/install and how customers. Best prices, quality and customer service!   Matt is a very nice young man. He asked if I was having any problems using my thermostat as he helped me understand the use of it the last time he was here. Wanted to know if I had any questions regarding the gas furnace. I got a possible recall on some furnace parts and he explained to me how to handle it

  Matt diagnosed the issue and solved my problem. He spent time explaining what went wrong, what he did to correct the issue and setup a future service call to complete the process based on a part required that he did not have on the service van. Matt is an excellent face and customer service rep for Premier HVAC and you should be glad he's there.
