McCray installed my HVAC. They came in with the lowest estimate. The crew (three guys) sent to install my unit were very thoughtful and professional. They ran into a few issues during the installation but quickly solved them. I ordered this service through Home Depot that contracts the job to McCray.

Service tech arrived in the time allotted for, 0800 -1200 hours. When he made contact he said very little to me. He asked where the air handle was and I told him and then he asked me where the thermostat was and I told him. While here he was on his cellphone over half the time and he wasn’t talking shop as I could hear a lot of what he was saying, sounded like he was talking to a friend, not very professional when your working at a clients house! When he was finished he came up and said I just need you to sign two places without saying anything else, like maybe, everything looks good, no problems, you good for another year or anything else. When I asked if anything was done, he kinda got upset and raddled off saying that this was checked and that this was checked and that this was checked. I know why he was there, I just wanted to know if he done anything else besides why he was there, like and was any of the parameters of the unit changed, was any wires off, any adjustments made, ect. The thing is, while your doing working at someone house stay off your cellphone with the personal calls until your leave, then call! The last two service techs that came to my house were great. They we’re personable, informative, didn’t get upset with questions and were not on the cellphone. McCrea please don’t send person back to my house I don’t need the attitude. Also, everyone should have cameras with audio in and around there house…hidden cameras at that!

Dustin arrived at the scheduled time and provided the maintenance inspection in a very professional manner. Dustin explained what he was doing as well as the operation of the unit. Highly recommend using McCrea!
