  Put 1 Starr because 0 Starrs was not an option. Warranty company had them come out I told him what the problem was, (the house blower motor) tech came back and said my coils we clogged and no air could pass through and I also had dirty filters. I was not ok with diagnosis because the blower was making a horrible noise on start up. The service manager Alex told me he would be at my house Saturday to double check his workers diagnosis and never showed up with no courtesy call, mind you it sais 24/7 hour service on there website, then I call him the next morning he tells me he would be at my house in 1 hour, 2 hours go by and no answer, mind you again I'm calling the office to and no answer, I called maby 10 times. I then get my own A/C company out here AND HE SAID THE BLOWER IS BAD and there is some insulation covering the inlet. Not only was the diagnose wrong, but they did not come double check work when the said they would, now I have to fight my insurance company for the bill. In the picture there is so much light passing through the coil its almost blinding the camera, and the other there is a clearly visible obstruction ontop or the blower ,the other picture is my "dirty" filter . techs name Dakota.

  This company is awful. If zero stars was an option, that's what I would give. My home warranty scheduled these guys for me to check out an issue with my HVAC. I was stood up not once, but TWICE for two different scheduled appointments. I missed two days of work to stay home and wait for them to show up, and they couldn't even have the decency to call and tell me they weren't coming. Over two days I tried calling them 14 times, and left 4 voicemails, to which I never got an answer or a call back. I know someone was in the office because after a couple calls, they started sending me straight to voicemail. It's disgusting the way these people treat their customers. Hopefully they aren't in business much longer. Save yourself the trouble and hire a decent company.

  This company lacks hugely in customer service They don’t know how to return calls, care if the customer is taken care of or care if they do the job for the warranty company they contract with. Even if they are short staffed, the owner or manager should be staying until all calls are returned or resolved. I called on a Friday and requested my appointment changed to Monday and it’s 11:30 on Monday and still waiting for a return call from Friday. I left voicemail on Friday and only heard from them because I called back. The original appointment was set on Wednesday and due to work I had to reschedule to Friday. I requested an early morning appointment and it was 10:30 when I called and couldn’t reach anyone to reschedule. I wouldn’t trust them if they can’t provide the simplest thing for their job and that’s customer service. And by their reviews they are very well rated. And I agree with a previous customer I would rate it’s ZERO star if it was available
