  Much to my surprise (given my experience with other local vendors), Dan from Precision Mechanical showed up RIGHT on time, did a careful, professional appraisal of our HVAC needs, and, after departing, promptly prepared a clear-cut proposal. All in all, a very professional and (except for the costs of heat pumps these days!) stress-free visit.
