Had an agreement and timeline in place for some electrical work and a gas line installation. The timing was important as this was part of a kitchen remodel where things couldn't move along until the work was complete. Then comes a week of missed calls and messages and a verbal commitment to start the work a certain day, only to not call and not show up. After a day with about 2 hours of actual work, a verbal discussion was had to mutually part ways. He apologized for not being able to do the work in the agreed upon timeframe and would return the 50% deposit so another contractor could be hired. Well....always read the fine print buried in your digital proposals, folks. There is language allowing up to 6 months to do the work and if someone else completes the work, then no refunds will be issued. Convenient and misleading to say the least when you verbally (and in a text message) release someone from the agreement. After losing $2K of hard earned money, and a lot of wasted time, I would recommend avoiding this particular company.

Very delayed installation and when we finally fought with him enough to do the installation that we already paid him for, my mother ended up with this. It's been like this for 9 months and I just now got back to visit her and find all this shoddy and dangerous work No vibration isolaters under the furnace. No overflow installed in the condensate. Fresh air vented to the outside I guess isn't a thing if there's no code? The old furnace was an 80% and shared exhaust with the gas water heater... the cap he used to seal it off was just shoved in there... No Tape, no screws even. I just pulled his work right out... In my opinion this guy has no right being an HVAC tech or installing equipment, he could've killed someone.

Thief, rip off artist, scammer. These are the first few things that come to mind. I own a remodeling business in Spearfish and I suggested to my customer that they hire Glenn. Our initial meeting with him was fast and we got a good feeling about him. After the customer provided him with a deposit of 2,000 dollars he was impossible to reach. long story short I had to fire him and asked that I settle up with him for the small amount completed and could he reimburse our customer for the 2k. He agreed and its been over a month and no reimbursement. He won't return phone calls or texts. He stole this money from my customer that I now have to reimburse out of good faith. Read the fine print of his contract. It says if he gets terminated and you hire another electrician then you forfeit your deposit. What a scam. Any other contractor i've spoken to about it says the same thing "I hope you didn't give him money". Speaking of good faith, the fact that his FB page, business card and work van has biblical references all over it speaks to his ability to take advantage of local Christians in an area where faith is important.
