  Precision was excellent to work with. Ryun arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem with our failed thermostat. He provided excellent service and we were very pleased with the professional manner in which he installed the new thermostat and explained the operation. Our heating system was back in operation in less than an hour. Well done!

  Without a doubt the best process from start to finish I have experienced with an HVAC dealer. Knowledgeable, professional, on time, and a pleasure to deal with. Every step of the process was clearly explained and executed to the highest level. Thanks to the team of Beau, Deb, Ed, and Gil the installation went smoothly and we were warm and cozy on the coldest day of the winter so far. Their assistance in processing the MassSave paperwork was extremely helpful. We made the right decision going with Precision Heating and Cooling.

  Our technician, Jack, was awesome! He arrived right on time, was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He installed a new thermostat for us, and fixed something on our furnace and answered all of my questions. Scheduling the service call was super easy too, we were able to do it online and then communicate via text. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
