  We had to get a new system. We were lied to about what this system can do. The Lennox's CFMs do not exist and it has to run all the time. We have to use box fans and ceiling fans to move air around. Dealer knows NOTHING about the system. We are considering filing a complaint with the BBB

  We had a new unit installed when we first purchased our home and have had problems ever since. Everything from water damage on the siding of our house from improper install to mechanical defects. We recently ran into another issue with our system. Instead of notifying us up front (when setting up a day and time for the mechanic to come out) or during the service of a service fee. We later on recieved a bill in the mail for $69.00 for restarting our system.
