We noticed my mother in laws heat wasn't working late on Monday. I called 1st thing on Tuesday to see about a technician coming to check it out. I explained that she was old and the temp in her house was 52°... sooo cold for her. They sent someone out almost immediately and replaced her thermostat.  The technician was very respectful and courteous.  It didn't take him long to diagnose and repair the issue. She was heating up and happy in no time at all. Thanks again, you will definitely be recommended for future work!!

After evaluation of existing AC System, We decided to replace all with new.
A request for quote was completed within one day with four possible solutions.  Once a preference was determined, it required less than one week to schedule the conversion.
Crew arrived on the date and time scheduled and prepared our home with coverings to protect carpets and floors.
Old equipment was removed and replaced with new, two modifications to existing ducts, operational testing and clean-up, all within eight hours.  We are very satisfied with our new system.
Accolades to Maxwell for the well trained crew who were very respectful of ourselves and property while completing their work efficiently.

Greg and his crew was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the way it should be. It has been a little more than a month since our new HVAC unit was installed. I have yet to have any problems or buyers remorse .  The 2 man crew that installed our unit was more than professional.... They were on time. After installation was complete one of the installers walked me through the setup of my new system.  I would give 10 stars if it were possible.

Greg delivered what he promised. Installers were professional and courteous. Love my new system. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is some piping is not exactly square. I'm a perfectionist.

When looking to replace our Heat Pump we chose Maxwell Heating & Cooling for several reasons. They were able to respond almost immediately to our request for a quote and their price was very competitive and reasonable. Most of all they were very knowledgeable and courteous and carried the Lennox brand. Maxwell Heat and Air approximately 5 years ago. We were impressed with the salesman as well as the installation crew.
Since then, we have maintained a service contract for bi-annual service for the system.
The price is reasonable and the work professional.
I get a reminder phone call each season reminding me of the service and scheduling an appointment convenient for me.
I would recommend Maxwell Heat and Air to anyone for a new system and service.

Same procedure and same excellent service.

I did have to be told by the service technician and my wife that the air conditioning unit was outside. For some unknown reason I thought it was under the house with the heating unit.

I don’t think I will make that mistake again. Embarrassing to say the least.
