  James listened to my needs and gave me comprehensive and easy to understand estimates. No pressure to decide. The day of installation he came out to see how the install was moving along. He was very responsive when I had a question about the rebate and two months after the installation he called to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Very nice person who’s easy to deal with. From beginning to end Power Refrigeration & Heating AC was top notch

  It was a pleasure having Power Refrigeration & Heating AC take care of our thermostat problem. We had a "smart" thermostat installed by another company. It was not working. The tech found the problem, and actually had to remove and replace the faulty unit. Thanks. We had them come out to our facility to service our unit and they were informative, helpful and very upbeat!!! I appreciate the service and the quick response time! good to know we have reliable energy!
