  Michael is very knowledgeable when it comes to fixing problems with heating and cooling units. Very kind as well. He came out on a weekend to fix my unit and had a smile on his face, that is what makes the difference. Very fair on price and he was there in a very timely fashion....Thanks them my family had heat.

  I used Pope's for both my home and my parents home - he showed up when he said he would - did great work and charged a very reasonable price. On top of that they are both good people. Highly Recommend!

  While out replacing my dads unit next door, I got home to find that my AC was broken too.He took time out of his day that he didn’t have to and came next-door and take a look at mine as well, and had the part on the truck to fix it quickly. My dogs and I greatly appreciated that as it was very hot in my house by that time!
